I’ve trained with Zach for 6 months now and I really am a changed person, for the better. From his personalised plans using bodyweight training, I’ve slowly grown stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been and I can’t thank him enough. He’s not just a PT though, he’s a great teacher and knows his stuff, and you can clearly see he loves what he does! I’ve never walked into a session and he’s not smiling, which makes training all the more enjoyable and more achievable.
From training alone, I’ve lost 2 dress sizes and without A2Z Fitness this wouldn’t have been achieved. I couldn’t do 1 press up without a resistance band to help me and I did 61 in a row today so I think that’s a sign that something has worked! I’m seeing more muscle definition and I’ve now got the motivation to keep moving forward with it (which I certainly didn’t have when I first started). Thank you so much Zach!!

Couldn’t recommend A2Z enough! Been training with Zach for just under five months and it’s unbelievable where I am now from where I started! Physically and overall mindset and every session I feel a step closer to my goals!!
I could barely do 1 full pull-up when I started with Zach to now being able to do over 50 with a 30kg vest on, and that’s just one example!
Zach really knows his stuff inside out and the dedication and effort he puts in Is always 💯 and more!!
